Section 1

Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all use of the free20 platform, including the website at free20.net and any associated mobile application. By accessing the platform, creating an account, or placing a bet, you agree to be bound by these Terms in full.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the free20 platform. It is your responsibility to read and understand this document before you register. If you have questions about any section, you can reach the support team before proceeding.

Section 2

Eligibility and Account Registration

To use free20, you must meet all of the following criteria:

• You are at least 21 years of age
• You are located in the Philippines and are eligible to participate in online gaming under applicable local rules
• You are registering for personal, non-commercial use only
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of free20
• You have not been self-excluded or excluded by an applicable process from online gaming platforms

Each person may hold only one account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under your own name or using another person's identity — is a breach of these Terms and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

When you register, you must provide accurate and complete information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid contact method. You will be required to complete identity verification (KYC) before withdrawals are processed. KYC verification is a standard safeguard that protects your account and your funds, not an obstacle.

Section 3

Account Security and Responsibility

Your free20 account is personal to you. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that takes place under your account. Do not share your password with anyone.

The platform uses SSL encryption, OTP verification for sensitive account changes, and session monitoring to help protect your account. However, these technical measures work best when you also keep your login details secure. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact support immediately.

Section 4

Deposits, Withdrawals, and Currencies

All transactions on free20 are conducted exclusively in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). There is no currency conversion on the platform. Supported deposit and withdrawal methods include Philippine online banking, local bank transfers, and selected local e-wallets. The full list of currently active payment channels is displayed in your account's cashier section.

Deposits are credited to your account balance upon successful confirmation from the payment provider. Withdrawal requests are processed to your verified Philippine bank account or e-wallet. Withdrawals can only be made to accounts or wallets registered in your own name — transfers to third parties are not permitted.

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts apply and are shown within the cashier. free20 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing a withdrawal, particularly for accounts that have not completed full KYC or where a security review is ongoing.

Section 5

Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on free20 are subject to the specific rules of the game or betting market concerned. These rules are available within each game and within the sports betting interface. General principles that apply across all betting and gaming activity include:

• Bets are final once confirmed. You may not cancel or amend a bet after it has been accepted by the system.
• Results are determined by the game engine (for casino and slot games) or by official event results (for sports bets). free20 relies on certified third-party systems for game integrity.
• In the event of a technical failure during a game or bet settlement, the outcome will be determined based on the last recorded state or official result, according to the applicable game rules.
• Minimum and maximum stake amounts apply per bet or per spin. These are shown within each game or betting market before you confirm.
• Winnings are credited to your account balance in real time after a game or event settles.

free20 reserves the right to void any bet that has been placed on an event with an obvious pricing error, or where there is reasonable evidence of bet manipulation, match-fixing, or abuse of a technical error.

Section 6

Promotions and Bonuses

free20 may offer promotional bonuses, free spins, enhanced odds, or other incentives to registered players. Every promotion is governed by specific terms that are displayed alongside the offer within your account. These individual promotion terms form part of these overall Terms.

General principles applicable to all promotions unless stated otherwise:

• Promotions are available to eligible accounts only. Eligibility criteria are stated per promotion.
• Bonus funds and winnings derived from promotional activity may be subject to wagering requirements before they become withdrawable. The requirement applicable to each promotion is stated in the individual promotion terms.
• free20 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to honouring obligations already created for eligible participants.
• Attempting to abuse promotional offers — including through multi-accounting, using another person's details, or systematic exploitation of pricing errors — will result in the forfeiture of bonus funds and may lead to account closure.

Section 7

Prohibited Activities

The following are strictly prohibited on free20:

• Registering under a false identity or using another person's details
• Operating or attempting to operate more than one account
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform
• Attempting to interfere with the outcome of any game or sporting event
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial activity
• Sharing your login credentials with any third party
• Placing bets on behalf of another person without their explicit consent
• Attempting to exploit technical errors for financial gain

Violation of any of the above may result in immediate account suspension, cancellation of pending withdrawals, forfeiture of balance, and a permanent ban from the platform. free20 will cooperate with law enforcement authorities where any illegal activity is identified.

Section 8

Responsible Gaming

free20 is committed to providing a gaming environment that is safe, fair, and sustainable. We strongly encourage all players to treat gaming as entertainment and to set personal limits on the time and money they spend. Online gaming is not a way to earn income and does not provide guaranteed returns.

Limitation of Liability

free20 provides its platform on an "as is" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure the platform is available, accurate, and functioning correctly, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation at all times.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, free20 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform, including losses arising from technical interruptions, incorrect odds display resulting from genuine system error, or delays in payment processing beyond our reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for fraud or gross negligence.

Section 10

Amendments to These Terms

free20 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, registered players will be notified through the platform or by the contact method on file. The updated Terms will be effective from the date they are published on this page.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with an amendment, you should cease using the platform and may close your account by contacting support.
